Discover Raventós i Blanc through an exclusive experience created for the Thunderbird School of Global Management community.

Set in the heart of the Penedès, Raventós i Blanc is a historic estate owned by the same family since 1497, with one of the longest documented viticultural traditions in Spain. Today, under the leadership of Pepe Raventós, winemaker, viticulturist and 21st generation of the Raventós family, the estate is devoted to producing terroir-driven sparkling wines and to demonstrating the extraordinary potential of its native varieties, soils and landscape.

During this private visit, guests will explore the Raventós i Blanc estate and vineyards and discover the philosophy behind its approach to viticulture: a deep respect for the land, biodynamic and regenerative farming practices, native grape varieties and a living farm where horses and other animals form part of the agricultural ecosystem.

 

The experience will also introduce guests to the Conca del Riu Anoia, the geographical area at the heart of Raventós i Blanc’s vision for the future of Penedès sparkling wines. Defined by its unique geology, climate and viticultural heritage, the project reflects Pepe Raventós’ ambition to build a model inspired by the world’s great wine regions — one in which valleys, villages and individual vineyards take center stage, and where the value of wine begins with the value of the land and those who cultivate it.

The visit will conclude with a guided tasting of Raventós i Blanc wines, offering guests the opportunity to experience how the estate’s soils, native varieties and meticulous viticulture are expressed in the glass.
